Photo Diary Pincher Creek Alberta Canada
Carson, the handsome man in the photographs below, invited me to his cabin in Pincher Creek, Alberta for the weekend. It was an adventure getting there...I highly recommend snow tires and a four wheel drive! We drove for about two hours to Pincher Creek, Alberta at night, also not highly recommended. There is limited cell service once you drive out of the town. We got stuck on a backcountry road in minus 25, with a cat and a dog in the car, scared of freezing to death and NO CELL SERVICE whatsoever! Luckily for us, Carson’s father came and found us a couple of hours into our mishap. He ended up clearing the road for us to drive out. He lead the rest of the way to his cabin, tucked away in the woods. If you’re wondering where Pincher Creek is… well all I can say is that it is located somewhere in Alberta, Canada. I do highly recommend using the right vehicle to take you there. The remoteness of this place was so amazing, it was the perfect relaxing weekend getaway. Take a look at our photo diary of our wintery weekend getaway in Pincher Creek.
We are trying to explore more of Alberta and BC here in Canada, before we jet off to new places. Any recommendations?
